With a modern, visually engaging, and user-friendly interface, Pheedbac delivers real-time analytics, advanced data visualization, and audience behavior insights. The goal was to create a feedback solution that is intuitive, accessible, and scalable for solo entrepreneurs, startups, and established businesses alike.

01 . Discover

The first step was to conduct thorough research to understand the challenges businesses face when collecting and utilizing user feedback. The discovery phase included:

  • Market research on existing feedback management tools.
  • Identifying user pain points related to feedback collection, analysis, and implementation.
  • Studying how feedback-driven product improvements influence business growth.

Findings from this phase indicated a need for a simplified and automated feedback platform that integrates with existing business workflows while offering real-time insights.

02 . Idiate

Based on the research findings, I moved on to brainstorming and sketching the best approach to solve the identified problems. During this phase, I:

  • Mapped out the user journey to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Designed wireframes and prototypes to define the layout and structure.
  • Developed a dashboard-centric design with interactive data visualizations for actionable insights.

This phase led to the core feature set, including campaign tracking, audience metrics, and AI-powered feedback categorization.

03 . Test

Before moving forward with full-scale development, I conducted usability testing to refine Pheedbac’s functionality. This process included:

  • Running prototype tests with potential users to gather feedback on navigation and UI clarity.
  • Adjusting features based on user feedback, particularly streamlining the dashboard experience.
  • Ensuring seamless integration with third-party platforms to improve accessibility and adoption.

The testing phase provided valuable insights, leading to refined design elements and optimized performance for faster data processing.

04 . Solution

With the validated concept, I proceeded with full development and deployment. Key aspects of the final implementation included:
